  I didn't get a quote up front so that was my first mistake. Charged me over triple the hourly rate of all other appliance service technicians in the area (so $200.00 for less than 1 hours work!!) Sent me numerous messages when I didn't pay the minute the work was done (I was at work and hadn't even seen the bill). Got home and 1 appliance was not fixed properly so that involved another 2 days of trying to get someone to stay home to let him in. i was messaged constantly about payment when I was really upset that I was being charged "by the job" instead of by the hour as all other technicians in the area quote by.The whole time it was my fault because I had bought crappy appliances (They are 2 years old, high end and expensive, just not all North American made - that's the criteria I guess). Expensive lesson learned. Next time I will call the person recommended to me by local Appliance store. Not sure how FYI had 5 star rating, my experience was not good at all.
